changing job after visa interview application

Hi,

I am currently in USA and got my H1B approved. I have taken an appointment for visa interview in 1st week of June at Mumbai consulate. I have already send all documents to mumbai consulate and also got confirmation of my appointment email from mumbai consulate.

Now due to some reason I want to change my job and I transfer my visa to new company. Now does my visa interview date is still valid? Can I submit them new H1B document at day of visa interview or can I submit it before interview date? then how many days before I have to submit those documents?

Please help!!!!
