VO took the client leter and discussed with another indian officer.
At last she gave me 221 G green asking for more document
I have the following documents ticked. I have one doubt on items 6 and 7 below.

What is the difference between the following. Both seem to point to CLient letter .Is that correct ?

A letter (on letter head) from the personnel department at the US job site stating that there is a vacancy for you
    and
A letter from the client company sponsoring the project .

    1) A copy of the petition with all the supporting documents as filed to USCIS.
    2) A copy of Employment Contract or letter of agreement signed by you and petitioner
    3) Petitioner Income tax returns for the last 2 years and financial statements.
    4) A notarized list of all the petitoner’s employees of the job site listed. The list should show all the employees names, their job titles start and end dates and their individual salaries and immigration status.
    5) A copy of contract between the US employment agency (petitioner) and the job site(the location where you actually work)
    6) A letter (on letter head) from the personnel department at the US job site stating that there is a vacancy for you.
    7) A letter from the client company sponsoring the project and the copy of contract between the US based petitioner and the client company stating the timing, terms and agreement for your project

No. #6 is indicating that Client company is looking for so and so skilled resource (Some thing like giving an Ad on their portal or in job site that there is an opening at their place)

#7 is indicating that they took you to fill that position and your contract duration is so and so and your job duties are/will be so and so etc.

I assume the client letter you are having might be having some/all info they asked in #7.

Now a days some clients are not reluctant giving client letter, you are glad that, you have one. Hope your employer or client should be able to help you on #6.

I have a question. Was your H1b petition went to RFE status before it got approved?
