Visa stamping documents query

Hello Friends,
I work in a EVC mode.I have the following documents but a couple of documents are missing.

DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE
1) Appointment Letter
2) Agreement between me & my employer
3) Pay Stubs
4) LCA
5) I-129
6) Employer's Letter to USCIS
7) Letter from Direct Vendor
8) Letter from Client mentioning Vendor
9) Contract Agreement between Employer & Vendor / Purchase Order
10) I-797
11) Noterized Employee List Sealed in an Envelope
12) Employer Tax Returns for 2009 & 2010
13) Employer Unemployment Wage Report. What is this??
14) Pictures of Employer Office



DOCUMENTS NOT AVAILABLE:
1) Organization Chart from Employer
2) Advertisement from Client proving that there are vacancies, whatever that letter is called.


QUESTIONS:
1) Are the MISSING DOCUMENTS mandatory? I can get # 1 above but is #2 mandatory?
2) My current contract ends end of Dec 2011, Client has mentioned in the letter stating that the Contract ends Dec 31st but they can elect to extend it. Is the contract ending end of Dec an issue if I am traveling to India for Stamping in mid of Dec (12/09/2011)?????
3) Lastly, even after having so many documents are there any chances of getting a 221g????
