H1-B Revoke process

Hi,

I am facing a situation and any advise is appreciated. I am working on H1-B visa with company A. I wanted to change company and applied and got the offer letter from company B. Because of one person, my employer at company A came to know that i am leaving the company. If my employer at company A revokes my H1-B Visa will i be eligible to stay in US until Company B files my H1-B transfer. What are my options?

B's petition must be received by USCIS before your last day of work at A. Only then you can stay in the US. This is irrespective of whether A's petition is revoked or not.
