Hi, Does the Employer have any obligation of Paying the Person on H1 while on Bench.
I had arrived in US a Month back and trying for a Software JOB. Also Searching to Work in Other Job status for Pocket Money unless i get a JOB.
does the employer who has got me here on H1 has any obligation of Paying me While on bench.( Paying = some money to take care of myself while i am on bench)
