Whether or not to file dependent and H1B at one shot
Hello everybody.
Need your openion on my situation.
I'm recently engaged and my spouse has been sponsored H1B from his employer and submitted the necessary documents excluding "marriage certificate",since we didn't have marriage certificate at the time of processing. For this reason he has declared as single in marital status (which means my name no where reflected in his application forms)
My husband is coming back to Chennai for his H1B VISA stamping.
Now i have marriage certificate and is it possible to apply my dependant and his H1B together ?
will there be any chances of rejection of both the visas?
or do you suggest him first get his H1B stamped and then shall i apply for H4 ?
please advise.
