My wife had been in USA for 2 years and she went to India 3 months ago. Her H4 visa expired in Dec 2009.
While making online appointment for H4 visa interview at Mumbai consulate:
1. Should we select "A resident of India/Bhutan" or "An Indian citizen resident in the US"
2. Should we say yes or no for "Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?*"?
