H1B - Subquota?

Hi,
As H1B quota for 2012 is over, can anyone explain me if big companies have some reserve H1B sub-quota with USCIS. I mean can they file H1B applications now also?

There is no such thing. All cap-subject cases will have to wait until Oct 1, 2012.
