H1 transfer - very urgent
hi
Presently i am in H1 visa .i was in L1 visa for the past 4 years.i am trying to transfer my H1 visa to another company.
My previous company didnot give my L1 visa approval papers when i changed to H1.Now my attorney is asking my old L1 papers which i donot have.
Will this affect my H1 transfer?
Please reply me soon, because i have to join to new company on coming wednesday.
