L2 to H1b

Hello,

I joined my current employer as vendor in Sep 2010 on L2 Visa. Then i got FTE offer from the client
and recently they filed my H1b. I received approval documents and other docs.

So now my immigration status is H1b and is valid till Oct 2014. My husband is still on L1 and his current visa is valid till Mar 2012 .I'm planning to go to India in Feb 2012.

My question is since my husbands visa is valid only till feb 2012, is there any problem with my H1b stamping.

Your H1B stamping has nothing to do with your husband's status expiry. You are no longer a dependent on your husband's L1, so your husband's L1 expiry is irrelavant for your stamping.
