H1-B appointment calendar in Delhi

I am transferring from F-1 visa to a H-1B (currently in US) and have an approved petition with me. I was looking for December interview dates at the Delhi Consulate but cannot see the calendar at all.

I called up the VFS helpline their reply is that the dates have not been released. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks. Has anyone been able to secure an interview appointment in Delhi for December? Also at what times (IST) are dates usually released ?
