I am filling out DS-160 application for H1B visa stamping.
I need to fill in the name of the employer/petitioner in the form.
Recently my employer xxx underwent a merger and became yyy.
The petitioner on my approved I797 form is xxx. As a result of the recent merger, what should I mention as my employer's and petitioner's name in DS-160? xxx or yyy?
