Planning for H1 renewal visa stampping at mumbai

Hi

I have been in US since 4 years. Last year, i went to Maxico for visa stamping and got 221g query. There was a issue with my pervoius company so i changed to new company. Now i am working at client place.

I have planned for visa stamping at mumbai. I guess i have to more focus on 221g form.

1. What would be solution for 221g form ? What kind of documents do i need?
2. Would i need additional document along with h1b related documents.

Please help me on this.
