H1 B - Transfer Application process time

I am planing to apply H1 B transfer next week

Can any one please tell me how much time will it take to get H1 B transfer done .

Like how much time it might take for LCA and how much time for I797 with Premium Procesing

7 days for LCA. 1 week for receipt (approx). 15 days for decision if there no RFE.
