DS-160 Problem

Hi,
Please tell me the solution..

I booked visa appointment in Vancouver on dec 29. I created Ds-160 butnot submitted. I used that ID and book appointment.

Now the problem is :::

DS-160 was not retrieving.. What Can I do now?

1. Can I create new DS-160 ?
2. Can I edit old ID with new ID in appointment ?
3. If I cancel appointment and create new appointment any charges apply?


Please tell me the best solution..and give me the exact numbers to make a call to embassy regarding DS-160..

Hi,
I had two DS-160 confirmation number. But I didn't complete my application.

Is it any problem? Even though I didn't take printouts and save application...
