Hi,
I and my wife is on H1 and H4 visa and we went to new delhi for visa renewal at
new delhi on Nov. 22nd 2011.Visa officer asked several common questions regarding
current employer.
I am working in EC model.Employer -Client model. There is no middle vendor.
In interview, visa officer asked employer's document whatever i had, i gave him I-797,
LCA, i-129, Client letter, letter to USCIS , Purchase order, Employer vertification letter.
After that he asked me my previous tax return documents, which i gave him and he returned
back.
He kept our passports and rest of the documents and issued 221(g) query with green slip
On green slip, he tick marked on last option Other and wrote down that "We are reviewing
your case". After asking that in how many days i will receive passport. He replied that
"You will get it in courier".
Can anybody tell me that in how many days we will receive our passport with stamp?
Anybody has same experience and receive passport?
Pls. share the exp. It will helpful to me.
