No document asked 221 (g)- New Delhi

I had my Visa interview in the first week on Nov in New Delhi. Interview went fine VO told me they need to review my application and I should hear back from Embassy within a week also took my documents and passport But it's been more then a month I haven't got my passport back.
Though after calling VFS multiple time they confirmed my case has gone under 221 g section for admin processing.

I am in EVC mode. and working in US for last 2.5 years for same employer's.

What are my options here.

Can I transfer my visa to Vender company before I get reply on admin processing and go for stamping again (as looks like it takes more then 3 months sometimes)?

You can do that. In that case, you need to withdraw the current application and mention it as visa rejection whe you file for a new visa with the approval H1B petition from your Vendor.

Today I got passport back without stamping. they have sent it with a letter saying they can not issue visa now and have sent my case back to USCIS.

Do you thing it's a good idea to file New H1 from my vendor Company and go for stamping?

Will the current 221 g might reduce chance to get it stamp through new company?

What is the process to transfer my Petition to new Employer or it has to be a new filing?

New Visa Approved

I filed new Visa with Vendor Company....and got stamped next day.

VO asked me questions about my last Visa application and took all of my papers even this time

She said she will take her decision today or tommrow .
