Applied On: 24-Sep-11
Receipt Date: 26-Sep-11
Service Center: California service center (CSC)
Processing: Regular Processing (RR)
Current Status: Initial Review as of Dec12th, 2011.

I would like to know anyone got approval who applied around the same dates?

Hi, I am not sure if you are still waiting, i was in similar situation. My application reached them on sept 21st and it got approved on dec 22nd. so yours is almost done i guess...

If it is past 90 days from the date of receipt notice, then your employer/attorney can take an infopass appointment with USCIS to discuss the progress of your case.

You can also upgrade the case to premium and get the result within 15 days.

Mine is the same case....

Fresh H1B applied on 22nd sept and accepted on 23rd Sept.but the USCIS website showing status as "Initial review".

Does anybody got approval notice who applied around same time?

I am facing the same situation. My case was accepted on Sep 14th. In mycase, my dependant (Spouse) received her H4 I797A but I haven't received my H1B Approval. Has this happened to any one else ?
