H1 Extention

Hi,

Currently i got my H1B Extension approval but i am planning to go travel india and i have to go for visa stamping. Problem is due to india visit my client has not extended my project. Is that affect to my visa stamping process any where?

If your employer is a consultancy company, then you will need a client letter for the visa interview. Otherwise the chnaces of a 221g is high. If you can get a client letter along with the other supporting documents (check 'visas' section of immihelp) then your chances are high.
