i got 221(g) today i.e 20/12/2011

Hi Guys,

i went to interview today (20/12/2011) and i got the 221(g) form.
in form they had ticked mark some points , which they r asking some docs from my petitioner side.

can u pls tell me now what i need to do..and is thr any chance to get the visa..?

if i will submit the docs so how much time it will take for further processing?

pls suggest me ..

Worry not...I had my interview on 1st Nov..and recevd 221(g)...I submitted all the docs to the Vfs on 21st Nov ( do not miss any doc)..
I rcvd a email from consulate stating that i need to submit my passport on 9 th dec..Then i submitted on 12 th...rcvd with stamping on 14 th .

Total time taken 3 and 1/2 weeks...So..dont worry...it is a pending case..u will get ur visa soon

I went to interview and i got the 221(g) form i.e. first four boxes ticked.Now my question whether the said documents should be the print from scan copy or I will required to submit the original? The papers asked are basically the list of employers ,Fedral Tax Returns etc.how many days it will take for visa processing since the passport was retained by the visa officer.

they must have asked u to submit the docs..as submitted to USCIS while filing to H-Visa..so all those copies should be attested(i797,i-129,LCA etc) and the remaing docs can be copy of ORg or Printouts..whichever ur employer would give u!
