I have question like my another employer has applied an new H1 petetion for me and it got approved
I had to wait as my dependants H4 is still pending which was applied using the earlier I-797
so was checking how can a application wait to join a new H1 employer?
or is it possible to change the H4 application and it start pointing to the new I-797?
