221g green slip chennai consulate--Urgent

Hi friends ,
I got 221g green slip and they asked me to submit my employer information and they also requested to submit my client letter . As i am in india for quite some time due my personal problems , my job with the current client was lost .Now i am in dilema , and i want to know how to proceed now . How to submit my documentation now ? What are the options for me ??

If the information in your petition is not currently valid, then you need to withdraw the application, file a new one and attend the visa interview again. If yu no longer work for the client mentioned in your I-129, then how are you going to get the client letter? If the work location has changed, then you need an amended LCA and H1B petition.
