H1 transfer while RFE on extenstion

My visa and i-94 got expired on sep 2011 and my current employer A filed for an extension in normal processing and got RFE now. I got offer from another employer B. what i need to do whether i need to get the extension using the current employer A thru premium processing and then go for H1 transfer or????

Advisable to get the extension approved and then file the transfer. Otherwise you will need to file the transfer as a bridging petition (Search and read about 'Bridging' in immihelp) and for a bridging petition to work, the pending extension with the current employer should get approved. Otherwise the bridge will break and the transfer will also become an issue. If you leave now, the current employer can revoke the extension and it could become a problem.
