Documents required for H1B stamping

Hi,

I am going for H1B stamping in New Delhi in December.
I saw the list of documents one have to carry for stamping on vfs website and need clarification regarding "Letters verifying your employment history and specific work skills".

What are these letters. I would appreciate a quick reply as I have my visa interview next week.

It is just a letter addresses to the consulate general from your employer in their letterhead verifying your current employment with them. It should contain your full name, start date of employment, your designation, roles and responsibilities and technologies used.
