Urgent: Is H1B stamping required for H4 visa?

Thank you for seeing my thread.

I am in USA while my wife is in India. I got my H1B visa recently. (I have I-797 original)
I have no plans to go to India as of now. My Wife is applying for H4 visa.
I have sent her original I-797 along with all other required documents.
Will they reject her H4 visa because I have not got my H1B visa stamped yet?

no stamping required for h4. VO can not reject application if H1 is not stamped.

There is no such law that mandates H1-B stamping for processing H4 for dependents. But The VO can always question the H1 itself and ask for additional documents from H4 applicants to ensure that the H1 is indeed valid and the H1 status was always maintained. This is my opinion, please do take opinions of experts.
