Wht r da forms to be filled for 2nd H1-B ? Pls help me soon

Hi,

Paid HDFC charges.

Do I need to fill all the forms as done for 1st time H1-B applied or only DS-160 form I need to fill online !!!!!!

Please guide me what r the forms I need to fill for 2nd H1-B, I mean for extension.

Right now I'm in India, need to book my slot for Visa interview.

Please help me.

thanku shervin, DS-160 filled with new passport,appointment taken with OLD passport

Paid HDFC fee through old passport which is expiring with in 6 months. By the time I book my interview date my passport will be valid for 5 months only so applied for passport renewal.

I got renewed passport (Old passport got cancelled). with this new passport filled DS-160 form. Now I'm wondering HDFC fee paid with OLD passport number before applied for passport renewal, I mean in that HDFC reciept old passport number has been mentioned.

While booking online appointment which passport number do I need to give to schedule an appointment for Visa interview ?

If I'm giving new passport number while scheduling appointment online it is not accepting,because I had paid HDFC fee with old passport number. so I had given old paasport number to schedule appointment.

Now I booked my interview date with old passport number only. Will it be any problem if I book slot with old cancelled passport, going for visa with new passport ???????????

Please help and guide me in detailed.

Can I go for interview with OLD cancelled passport along with new passport???? will consulate accepts as taken appointment with old cancelled passport ?

Now it is very hard to get earliest appointment for visa interview.

Checked in VFS office, they told me this kind of issues are common. we can take both passports while attending for visa interview. or else I can cancel slot and update passport number in HDFC fee reciept then I can book my slot itseems. Totally confused
