HIB Non Profit Organizations

where can i get the list of non-profit organizations sponsoring H1B visa ? is there any specific job portal OR where I can see and apply for IT job openings in non-profit orgs. I have my resume uploaded on monster and dice ?

Generally these are universities and educational/research institutes.
And they are not non-profit, they are not-for-profit.
