H1b petition sent back to KCC possible revocation

I went for stamping in March 2011, was given 221g green in Delhi. I submitted all docs, but my petition was sent back to KCC for possible revocation. Yesterday I got update on the case and the case status is back to initial review. Email says that notice is sent to employer, but due to change of address employer did not get the notice. Any guess if this could be NOIR or reaffirmed petition? Thanks HJ

No one can predict that. Ask the employer to contact USCIS to get a status update and ask them to update the address.
