Hi Fellows,
I am in a peculiar situation and would need your valuable advice on my concern.
I was working for company A on a part time H1B visa. Recently they filed for my full time H1B visa. I received the EAC number (and also received a white form. I guess it is I-797C) and upon checking on the USCIS website it states that my case is in Initial review. My attorney has told me it is ok to work as they have filed for an amendment and received the acceptance. My salary was also revised as per the full time H1B visa guidelines
Now I would be getting a job offer from a different company B. They are ready to transfer my H1B visa. As per my current status my full time H1B is still under 'Initial Review, as per USCIS website.
Would this pose any problems in transferring my visa. Also this is a transfer so I guess it would not be counted in the H1B visa cap? Please do let me know asap.
