have ONLY h1 approved petition. is it possible to transfer it ?

Hello All,

I got the h1b approved petition original with me.
But now my great company does not want to send me and not sending me for visa stamping.

I dont want to be empty handed after finally getting a approved petition after so many fights. Now it looks that my company used petiton application to stop me for 1 year.

Is it possible to transfer the approved unstampted petition to any new employer becasue now its not possible to get it stamped without present company approval.

Possible. Give the new employer a copy of your existing H1B approval notice and they will be able to file a new H1B petition using the CAP from your existing petition and request an immediate start date. When the petition gets approved, you can attend the H1B visa stamping with the new petition and if the visa gets approved, you can travel to U.S to work for the H1B sponsor.
