Passport not yet received - Hyderabad

I have attended H1B visa interview on 20th Dec 2011 in Hyderabad. Visa Officer told me that my visa got approved and it will be couriered in 3-5 working days. But till now i did not get my passport. Did anyone has the same kind of situation, please let me know..

Maybe it is delayed because of Christmas and New year holidays. Wait for some more time and then contact VFS helpdesk.

@Krishna999 Congrats!!! Hope you had a great time in holidays. There is no harm in contacting the help desk now. Just contact them and let them know that you are waiting for your passport as it is more than 8 Business days.

I am planning to attend for my H1B Visa stamping soon. I am in a confusion to decide which consulate(HYD or Chennai) is good to attend my VISA interview. Could you please share your experience of attending H1B Visa interview in HYD? Based on your experience what do you suggest me? I am working as a Mechanical Engineer for an American Company. I am working at onsite for a direct client which is in same place as my employer's.
