Dear Immi Experts,
Kindly suggest me with the following situation, your early response is highly appreciated.
My H1B VISA Interview is scheduled for next week along with my spouse and kid as dependents(H4) in Consulate A. After two days of my interview confirmation my Spouse's employer scheduled H1B VISA Interview through BEP after two weeks of my Interview in Consulate B with me and my kid as dependents(H4).
So now we are in a dilemma whether it is acceptable with the US Consulate to have two different appointments on two different categories of visa, our main intention is to stay together as we have a small kid. I tried with VFS help desk but no luck as they are not so sure about this.
1.Kindly let me know if the VO pin points this question when we go for my H1B stamping about the H4 interview scheduled through my spouse's company?
2. First of all does VO get to know about the two different appointments on two different categories in two different consulates?
