IS there any way, Can I contact US consulate (regarding TCN (Third Country National eligibility)?
I'm going to plan renewal of by H1 and have to go to stamping in some neighbouring countries.
Is there or any way to contact some body in US consulate office of that country .
To tell me if I'm eligible to come to their office fopr stamping.
I understand that they publish the eligibilty criteria in the official website. But still I'm confused with the wordings and my case is little bit confusing to me.
can some one from consulate office, can personally respond to my queries and eligibility , before setting up the appointment.
Are they usually do that?
For Examp:
If I would like to go to Mexico for H1 visa stamping, can I contact US consulate (in Mexico) to find out my eligibilty, to go to them for H1 stamping.)
