Hi All,
I am flying to India on 1/15/12 to get my H1 stamped and here is my situation - I have booked visa appointment using old I-797 receipt # because my new I-129 is not approved yet. I have applied for premium processing on the new I-129 on 12/28/11, so I am hoping to get the approval before I go to India (fingers crossed).
Visa appointment date: 1/24/2012
Can I somehow change the receipt # IF I get the new approval? It would be great if I can do that because I can the stamping for longer period (instead of just couple of months).
