You need to mention the actual location where you will be working. If you will be working at the client site, then that is what you should mention. If you give an address where you iwll not be working and if there is a site visit by a USCIS officer later, then you will be in trouble.

Queries while filling up DS-160 form
Hi,
My h1 has be filed by my current employer(MNC). I have a query in the "Temporary Work Visa Information Section:"
Question: Where Do You Intend to Work?
Our company has many branch's in the US( 8 Offices).
Do I need to specify my company registered Branch in the U.S or a Branch which is near to the location of the client for whom my H1 was filed.
example :
1.H1 filed for a client based in North Carolina. ( Don't have our company branch in NC)
2.Company registered office New York.
3.We have a branch in South Carolina
Now do i mention the address in Point 2 or point 3 in above example.
