H1B Transfer question

Hi,
I'm planning to transfer my H1B from A to B employer. My petition is valid till June 2014 with the present employer A. what will happen to the duration when i transfer my H1B petition to B employer.

Will it be reviewed again or will i get the same duration irrespective of the case ?

Current i got 221g during visa and planned to do H1b transfer.

That depends on a lot of things. Maximum is three years from the date of approval. But it can be less than 3 years because your employer requests less or because you have less than 3 years left in your total 6 year limit or because the employer cannot prove that work exists for 3 years (shorter project duration in IT consulting scenario).
