H1 Ext & Transfer

H1 Expiring in mid feb and ext appl is with USCIS. Another organization is giving a good offer now and asking to do H1 transfer in premium asap. I see a risk in getting my H1 ext rejected. What should I do?

Extension and transfer can be filed at the same time. Work for the current employer until the H1B transfer gets approved. If you join the new employer with the receipt notice and if the transfer gets rejected, then you will be in trouble.
