Hi,

I am working for company A in US and having H1-B Visa and I am an Indian citizen. Going to get marry in Apr. She is an Malasian citizen and in India currently. Our marriage is also going to happen in India(Tamilnadu) only.

So is that be fine to file a petition for H4 for her in Chennai consulate itself? If yes then please share me the procedure to do the same. If no means then please let me know where I have to file a H4 petition.

Please clarify this and thanks for your kind help in advance.
