Will my RFE be approved ??
Hi,
I got a RFE from USCIS asking me to submit my original engineering degree and transcripts. I submitted the transcripts and instead of the original degree, i submitted a xerox copy of the same attested by the university registrar.
They clearly mentioned that I should not send any document apart from which the photo copies were taken for submission for my H1 application online.
As i can not give them my original degree, hence i sent the attested ones. Its been a month i responded to RFE. Still i got no response from them. Will they consider these documents and approve my RFE ?? Still how long will they take to respond to RFE ? Any ideas ? Please advise.
