I am on H1-B in US from last 3 yrears and my company has applied for renewal of my visa for next 3 years which is not yet approved by USCIS. I want to sponcer my mother and sister in-law. Can I apply for them on my expired visa status ? if yes can send reciept number of my case instead of H1 papers.
