Lost H-1B Petition(I-797)

Hi,

Unfortunately I lost my H1 Petition Document (I-797). Is there any way I can get another copy of it from USCIS ?

Only the employer or the company attornye can request a duplicate copy. Even if you request one, they might very well send that your company or company attorney.
