Hi,

I came to US on L1B and stayed for 2 years. After completion of 2 years I got my H1B processed and stayed for 2 more years. Now I am planning to do masters in US. Will the 6 year period be reset as I will not beworking until I complete my studies. Please confirm.

No. The H1B clock will reset only if you stay out of U.S for 1 whole year.
