Hello,
I have a Situation where my wife had a H1 approved in 2008 and also done the status to H4 to H1 and was on H1 status for few months. Because of the economy and some personal reasons she had to change the status again from H1 - H4.
The question is, Can she again change her status to H1 (using 2008 petition) by applying H1 Transfer to different employer who is interested in hiring her or does she have to go through the h1 quota process afresh.
