Hi,
I am currently on H1b on company A - have pay stubs and all the documents for stamping. I do not have Company A's h1b visa stamped. I have given interview for a new job in some other company B and most likely will get an offer. I want to travel to India for 3 weeks before joining this new company B (Company B will file my transfer and will have I797 from it). Also I have to get my h1b stamping done and so thinking of getting a VISA stamp from this company B that I will be joining after coming.
Is it possible to do so. can you provide any suggestion.
