H1b Stamping visa interview in india

i am from INDIA. My employer filed my petetion for H1b in APR 2011 and its get approved in DEC 2011 now i am planning for visa stamping . i have scheduled my visa interview on 3rd Feb 12.
My Question is
during filling my DS160 form i came across a question about my staying Address. AS i dont have any specific travel plans and everything is intended i wrote residense address as my work location. but i doubt its wrong. also i dont know anybody there .once i will have plan for trip i will book the hotel but for now no plan. So what explanation can i give to visa officer so that he dont reject my VISA.

Please reply before 3rd feb.

You cannot give a hotel address in DS160. They address that they ask in DS160 is to get in touch with you if they need to. Talk to your employer and give an address where they can reach you just in case. It can be the company's guest house address.

I have given My Office Address Is that Fine as there is no Office guest House in NC.

It is hard to predict how the VO might take it, as you cannot literally stay in your office. They would expect you to know where you will stay once you enter the country. If the company doesn't have a guest house, then talk to your manager and give his/her address as the address where they can contact you. Once you are in U.S and find your own place, you can update the address with USCIS by filing form AR-11.

i have filled and submitted ds160 form also taken appointment for interview its on 3rd feb,
I dont want to cancel my appointment as it is employer initiated and they wont entertain this.

My question to you is.. now i have got one address of my team mate can i mention that VO ask me .

Also i have by mistake mentioned my start of date of last employment 7th in place of 8th though 7 was sunday (7th jan 2007). Actual date of joining is 8th .

and i have managers at onsite but i mentioned only one whose location is different from mine so if vo asked me how he will manage me what explanation can i give. can i say that i have two managers one at my location as well who will manage me.

i have mentioned in ds160 that i am travelling as group but i am not that also by mistake.

I cannot make changes now. m afraid these silly mistake may lead to bad news on 3rd feb friday..please help.. how to convince consulate if possible!!!
