H1B Transfer after Stamping and with out US Travel?

HI,

Got the H1B stamping done in India but not traveled to USA yet, employer delaying for various reasons.

So there is no pay stub, is it possible for H1B transfer to another employer?

Possible. pay stub is needed when a person is on H1b in the uS to prove that they are invalid H1b status. If you are out of the country, pay stub is not needed. You need your H1b approval (I-797) copy and find a new sponsor and get the H1b transferred.

Like mentioned in the previous reply, this is very much possible. You can always consult a lawyer and spend some money to find out the same information.
