H1 B extension stamping on passport

Hi, Every one

I have finished 3 yrs of H1 b with previous employer, my stamped visa on pass- port expired. Now i am with another employer with a fresh 3 yr H1 B extension which is granted by INS.

My question is can i go to Canada for stamping of my second visa on the passport.If they reject can i cime back to US?

remember INS has issued the extension for 3 yrs but the visa has not been stamped on the passport.

The visa stamp on your passport should not have expired more than 1 year if you are going out of country for stamping.

You can go to canada for stamping. But if they cannot stamp visa on the passport which may be due to lack of revelant documents etc.. you will have to go back to your home country from canada and will not be allowed to enter US..
