Question: Travel to Canada using AP during H1 transfer
I originally planned to make a short trip to Canada the
first week in June(before I decided to change job). I've already received the Advanced Parole because I'm a beneficiary of my wife's greencard application, so I'll be using the AP to reenter US.
Now I'm moving from company A to B, and my H1 will be transferred to B. I just realized that I'll be in H-1 transfer status during that planned travelling time.
My question is, if I travel to Canada and come back using AP, wouild it affect my H-1 transfer or causing any trouble?
