H1B Visa Appointment in Mexico

I booked H1B Visa Appointment and then relialized that my passport is valid only 5 months from my apoointment date. Then I went and got new renwed passport.
Do I need to book the appointment again on my new passport number(like filling DS160 again, paying fee etc..) or
Can I use the existing appointment on old passport and present both during interview.

Please let me know.

You can use the existing appointment and present both the passports during your visa interview. Make sure to get both the passports back from the consulate.
