Can someone tell me where to find the lists of documents to file for status-of-change from F1 to H4?

If my husband did COS from F1 to H1B in the U.S., is it okay for me to use his previous copy of F1 visa (he has no H1B visa bez of COS), I-94, and COS approved letter from USCIS (for H1B) for my H4 COS application?
